Coca-Cola to Acquire Brindavan Beverages |

Hindustan Coca-Cola Bottling Pvt Ltd (HCCB) is expected to acquire Brindavan Beverages with bottling facilities in Bareilly, U.P. and Hospet, Karnataka, India. The Ladhani Group-owned plants cover the entire north, east, central India and western India for Maaza juices, while the Hospet plant products soft drinks in glass and PET bottles for a large part of North India among other regions. HCCB is 51-percent owned by the Atlanta-based Coca-Cola Company.
